Recipes: Kele Ke chilke ki sabzi
Ingredients:
2 kele ke chilke washed and chopped.
1 medium size onion diced in long thin shape.
Method:
Heat 2 tablespoon oil in a large pan. Add chopped peels into heated oil and fry for 3-4 min.
Take out peels and put in on a plate. Fry onions and add peels back into it.
Add salt, turmeric and chilli powder as per taste. Cover and cook for 3-4 min till peels become soft.
Switch off the gas and leave it covered for another 5 min.
Ready to be served.
